- We will send you a booking confirmation and a detailed description of the accommodation

- For the remainder of your balance, you can pay by credit card, cash, or cheques (in euros only) and also electronic bank transfer.

- We will send you directions on how to get to the agency to collect your accommodation keys

- We will inform you of our booking terms and conditions

- At your arrival, we will give you an inventory list, which we will ask you to check
  and hand it back signed within 24H.

- Local information will be at your disposal at our agency.

- Extra services can be provided at your request (TV rental, final cleaning).
  This can include mail and services.

- All our accommodations meet the local safety and hygiene regulations

- During your stay, we will remain available to answer any question you may have
