The present contract is represented by the SUBSCRIBER:

has for object to guarantee:

Definition: the insured is the legal heir of the stay, his/her/its spouse or cohabitant, their ascending or downward, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brothers, s urs or people mentioned or nominees.

1 - guaranteed risks: Damages to goods due to fire, of explosion, of Damages of waters and this to competition of 65 €.

2 - breakage of Ices: to competition of 2 287 € of which 137 € for the expenses of temporary fence. Absolute exemption of 65 € by disaster.

3 - other damages to goods rented belonging to the owner: to competition of 2 287 € for the set of the disasters occurred during the period of the stay. Absolute exemption of 46 € by disaster.

4 - B guarantee of the Special Conventions to competition of 1 524 490 € for each of tenant's responsibilities towards the owner; to competition of 457 347 € for the recourse of the neighbors and the third.

GUARANTEED ANNULMENT:

Repayment of the TOTAL price of the stay under deduction of the insurance premium, including the invoiced supplementary benefits, of the renting that the insured should pour in case of annulment due to one the following évènements:

1-serious illness, serious injury or death of the insured,
By illness or serious injury, one hears all change of health or all bodily attack forbidding the insured to leave the domicile or the hospitable establishment where the insured is in treatment to the date of the departure and justified by a certificate of work stop or by a medical certificate specifying the aforementioned interdiction or preventing the practice of the activity, main object of the stay.

The relapses of the illnesses or accidents early noted are guaranteed provided that the illness or accident was the subject of no demonstration in the previous MONTH dates it of booking.

With regard to the sinister Maladies/Accidents putting in play the guarantee Annulment, the insured should allow the access of his/her/its medical file to the Physician - Controller of the company; mistake of what, no guarantee would be acquired.

2 - fire, explosion, flight, damages of waters or natural event dragging important damages in the insured's domicile occurring before his/her/its departure or during the stay and requiring his/her/its presence imperatively at the scene of the disaster or in his/her/its secondary residence or enterprise belonging to him.

3 - obstacle to take possession of the good rented due to layoff, of mutation of the insured, provided that the date of the generating event is posterior to the date of booking.

EXCLUSION: Layoff for serious mistake.

4 - obstacle to go to the station by road, railroad, plane, the day of beginning of the stay and in the 48 hours that follow: due to dams, of strikes, floods or natural event, preventing the circulation, attested by the authority concerned; accident of the insured's circulation, flight or tentative of the insured's vehicle in the previous month dates it of entry of the stay.

5 - due to modification of the dates of holidays of the insured's employer provided that the notification intervenes in the previous month dates it of stay beginning.

IN CASE OF STAY INTERRUPTION OR DEFERRED OF ENTRY:

The repayment of the price of the stay whose indemnity will be calculated to the proportional share - temporis of the period non consumed due to interruption, consequence of one of the event enumerated in the guarantee Annulment - & 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

LOCKED SPECIFIC ANNULMENT:

He/it is suited that the guarantee would not know how to be acquired in the foreseen below circumstances:

Illness or accident whose insured has knowledge at the time of the booking, having dragged some care during the previous month dates it of booking of the renting.

State of pregnancy except all complications due to this state, miscarriages, childbirth and continuation, in the previous month the efficient date of the booking.

For thermal cure, required of an aesthetic treatment (safe following an accident or illness), psychic or psychotherapeutic including nervous breakdown.

Illness or accident due to the alcoholism, drunkenness, use of medicines, drugs, non prescribed narcotics medically.

Accident caused by the practice of sport: aerial sports, bobsled, skeleton, rock climbing, hockey on ice, automotive sports, dived under - marine.

EXPENSES OF LIFESAVING.

The insurer guarantees the expenses of research and lifesaving put in work by an organism authorized to come to the insured's help, his/her/its spouse or cohabitant, their ascending or downward or people designated to the contract of renting, until competition of 2 287 coins deduction of an exemption of 77.

COMMUNICATION OF THE CONTRACT:

The insurer being only hired by the complete text of the contract, this last is available at the Subscriber who will place it at disposal for consultation.
